We sure don’t hear about comments like this being sent to Wavelink, or device manufacturers, about their emulation products – do you?

Here’s one of our latest from a leading developer, marketer, and distributor of branded apparel, footwear, and accessories. They use Stay-Linked to connect to SAP Console.

Thank you all for your help and support on the RF gun issue we were experiencing in our West coast facility. Not surprisingly, the main issue was internal to the wireless network — contention between access points. The Echo test that you recommended we use was invaluable. It allowed us to find the dead spots on the floor even though they did not drop when testing with a laptop running a wireless card. Testing with the actual RF guns made all the difference. By turning off some APs the coverage has improved and seems to be fine now.

I really appreciate the tools and support that you provided to help us narrow in on the problem and solve it, even though the issue was not directly related to StayLinked. You guys not only have a great product but have consistently provided outstanding advice and support.
