Stay-Linked Support is the BEST!

We often receive compliments on our excellent support staff. Here are just a couple of examples.

  • You do not know me,  I am a (Manufacturer) Channel Manager in Canada.  I work closely with (VAR name). I wanted to reach out to you and let you know what a great job your Stay-Linked team did to assist with an account that (VAR name) and (Manufacturer) are working on.  Your team (including Mark McGary & Soozy Lund) should be commended for their efforts.

  • Your support team is excellent.  Especially Justin.  He has been really great helping our support team to get to know Stay-Linked.
    - from a Stay-Linked VAR
  • Thanks for all your help, and if you’d care to pass this along to sales or management, the ease of doing this switch (downloads and installs, nothing to do on the handhelds) and your help getting it done is the reason these guys are going to keep Stay-Linked. They were thinking of trying to go back to the old software now that they have newer hardware in the building. So thanks again, and nice work keeping a customer on board with great customer service and an excellent product.
